Witney has over 15 years of clinical and business experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on developing comprehensive, efficient market access strategies that bring innovative devices to clinicians and healthcare consumers. She has held leadership positions at various medical device companies (Bayer HealthCare Diabetes Care, Xlumena, Ventus Medical) and has supported products at all stages of development. Witney has expertise in upstream marketing, reimbursement, policy and advocacy, and market access. She is a former med-surg nurse with a focus in oncology and gastroenterology. Witney has also held positions at the Health Technology Center, the California Health Benefits Review Program, and the Institute of Medicine. She is a recipient of the Johnson & Johnson Promise of Nursing Award and is a University of California BioFellow. Witney holds a BA in human biology from Stanford University and a RN and MS in health policy from the University of California, San Francisco.
